
Welcome to Dr. T Primary Care. As a board-certified family physician, I created this concierge practice to provide personalized, comprehensive care to the whole individual. Through longer appointments and direct physician access, you and I will collaborate to keep you healthy. With the additional time that we have together, I will learn more about your story, your concerns, and most importantly, your unique goals for your health. I plan to address your questions thoroughly during our appointments, but you will also have access to me when you need it. I will take my time to provide you with more detailed guidance so that you can feel empowered and knowledgeable in managing your own health. I am also going to be more involved in coordinating care and following up with your specialists.
I am passionate about lifestyle medicine and whole-person wellness. Your wellbeing is the product of multiple factors, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and mental/emotional health. By understanding where you stand on each of these important factors, I can give you personalized guidance and advice. I have experience in teaching about sustainable, healthy diet and exercise regimens to optimize sugars, cholesterol, and weight. I am well-versed in managing depression and anxiety, improving sleep hygiene, and teaching healthy habits to mitigate stress. I promote changing habits without medications first, but acknowledging the evidence-based indications for medications when needed. I view my role as an educator and supporter – I will provide you with the tools you need to make healthy choices.
